Association 1·2·3 Action

Togo & Zimbabwe

The Association 1·2·3 Action is significantly supported by the Majoie family through direct, substantial funding of its grassroots projects across Africa. The Association's work spans some of the most critical unmet needs in rural communities: access to clean water, basic education infrastructure, and community empowerment.

In Togo, the Association has funded the construction of new school classrooms — including the now-named Classe 2 Sophie — providing children with a proper learning environment. The construction photos tell the story: bare cinder-block walls rising from the earth, evolving into functioning classrooms filled with children in school uniforms.

In Zimbabwe, the Association has drilled deep boreholes to give rural communities access to clean water — a project Hadrien witnessed and supported on the ground. Communities celebrated the arrival of water with signs reading "1·2·3 Action," a testament to the joy and life-changing impact of the work.

Northern Thailand

Office of the President of Malta

Malta & Gozo

Having made Malta his family's home, Hadrien discovered that the President's office manages a quiet, deliberately low-profile initiative to assist Malta's most vulnerable citizens — distributing foodstuffs directly to those in need, without fanfare.

Hadrien became one of the programme's major contributors. Rather than making a donation and stepping back, he operates in close coordination with the President's staff: his team is regularly briefed on which foodstuffs are needed, and he finances significant consignments delivered directly to the President's warehouse for distribution.

The beneficiaries span the breadth of Malta's charitable ecosystem — orphanages, Church-run homes, refugee centres, families in need, and individuals across both Malta and Gozo. The scale of these consignments is significant; what follows represents just one recent delivery.
